Zentangle®, a 3Z, Paradox, Diva Dance, and Bucky

This week the challenge, from I am the Diva, is to do a duotangle using Paradox and Diva Dance. Laura included a nice video from Rick and Maria showing an example of how to combine these tangles in a Hollibaugh style. Mine is fairly simple since it is the first time that I am using a 3Z tile. It was fun to do though.
The focus tangle for Square One, Facebook, is to use Bucky. This is a tangle that I don't think I have ever used as it just doesn't appeal to me for some reason. Therefore, I switched the direction of the inner lines and like it more this way. I added Bannah from Sandy Steen Bartholomew, CZT (from her Tangle Cards, Yoga for your Brain), Flux, and Tipple.

I have decided to finally use my beautiful journal from Zentangle.com. I will go through the tangles page by page using different variations that pop onto the page. No preplanning going on here. These are the intro pages that I made to get myself started.

Zentangle® a Moebius, Mak-rah-mee, and Nymph

This week the challenge over at I am the Diva is to do something using the symbol for the Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day. Please do drop by her blog to learn more about it and meet her adorable son who has this rare syndrome.
In keeping with the theme, I used the Moebius color of purple and M = Meer and S = Shard.
The prompt word at Square One on Facebook is to do Mak-Rah-Mee by Michele Beauchamp.
And, finally, using my Copic markers I did a piece with Nymph, Melinda Barlow.

Zentangle® Drawings, Lollywimple, and the Cuttlelola

The weekly challenge from I am the Diva this week is to use the new tangle Drawings. I did this one two weeks ago when the Diva wasn't posting. Since very few people stopped by, I will repost that one and then share what I did with it using that new dotting pen that I have.
Cuttlelola Pen

This week, the Square One Facebook focus tangle is Lollywimple by CZT Sandy Hunter. I let it just wander around the tile rather than line it up. It certainly looks different this way.

And, finally, I will share some color. I used Copic markers and worked in the round using ICanThis and Glace.

Thanks so much for stopping by. I do enjoy reading your comments!

Zentangle® Orbs-La-Dee, ICanThis, Paushalov, and Cuttlelola Pen

Ah, the Diva is back so all is right with the world again. My world anyway, LOL! The first Monday of the month is a UMT, use my tangle, which comes from Anneke van Dam and called Orbs-La-Dee. I grabbed a tan tile and a Sakura Souffle pen in turquoise. I had the urge to play with an Ogee grid. Ogee grids were very difficult for me to master, kind of like Mooka was, but once I got it, I find them fun to do. (Of course, I draw them freehand. I don't like using the dots.) I should have taken a photo of the grid all by itself as it got lost in the tangling process, but maybe that's the point of a grid?  I added the tangle Pea-Fea from Amelie Liao and some Prismacolor colored pencils.

The focus tangle from Square One, Facebook, last week was ICanThis, I made wider veins so I could add Tipple and edged with a random Cadent.

This week, the focus tangle is Paushalov from Amy Ridge Broady, CZT.

And, finally, I received a Cuttlelola pen for Christmas. I used it to do Narwal and added Tombow markers.
