I am the Diva, challenged us to use the new tangle, Molygon. I have been having a lot of fun with this tangle already so I thought I would just play with some different pens on a Renaissance tile. Today I used some Hi-Tec-C pens by Pilot in orange and green. Yes, the photo shows red, but it is orange. The red makes it look like Christmas candy! I also used some pastel pencils in green and orange with some white pastel pencil for highlights.
Square One, Facebook, has a focus tangle of
C-Scape. This tangle comes from another CZT, Sue Olsen, who is mostly responsible for getting me to go for my CZT certification. Loving this tangle!

Every Inchie Monday, I got to go off and find something unique, I hope, with this week's prompt, bulldozer. Did you know that another meaning for bulldozer is "bully"? Have you ever been bulldozed into doing something you didn't want to do? This week's word was really fun to do!

ReplyDeleteI love all your tiles, from big to large. I haven't started my Molygon tile yet. It's actually sunny today and I was out and about doing errands but just being outside too. YAY! Nice day. So, I'll do it this evening.
I love the bulldozing big fish over the little fish. And the C-Scape is very nice. But I like the Molygon "Christmas Candy" the best. ;-)

ReplyDeleteI have found it harder to do this year so far, Kia, and I was glad to get back to doing something a bit different. I have no idea why, but it just makes me happy. I even try to do so with my tangles. I have done it all my life, so I guess it's just what makes me happy :)

DeleteIt looks like you nailed Molygon right off the bat. You show some advanced shading techniques with color, something I have yet to master. I don't participate in Inchie Monday, but as an accomplished tangential thinker, I love what you came up with for "bulldozer".

The black dots contrasting with the fine line stripes looks wonderful - sort of like garment tailoring. Your Inchie is so well thought out and so cute! Great post!
