Zentangle® Stella, a Star, and an Inchie

No Diva challenge until after the holidays, so I will start with the focus tangle from Square One on Facebook. Stella is a pattern from Jana Roberts and I absolutely love it. I can see so many possibilities with this one. I am always telling my students to take just one tangle and push it in as many directions as they can. I compare it to vocabulary. If you know a lot of words but don't know how to use them, what good are they?
Chris Letourneau, CZT, has genereously shared her template to make pretty stars to tangle. I used this one to show a student how nicely Copic markers can look with Zentangle.

Every Inchie Monday's prompt word was "Ugly". Well, this time of year, we all know what that means.

Merry Christmas to all of you who celebrate!

Thanks for stopping by. I love reading your comments!

    1. Well, Jenny, I had to go back and see what I said that made you think I didn't like Christmas. Don't know, but I do love Christmas. It truly is a magical time of year. Hope you have a wonderful one!

    1. I wonder if the "ugly" Christmas sweater is a local thing? People have parties where everyone is to wear the "ugliest" sweater and win a prize. I certainly don't think Christmas is ugly; it's just a fun tradition where I live. Happy holidays to you as well, Wendy!

    1. What a great mom to buy your daughter some Copics. Be aware that to really use them well, you need lots of colors, and that collecting them is a definite addiction, LOL! Merry Christmas, Freebird!

    1. I thought it looked a lot like a poinsettia too, Sally. I have noticed that even the grocery store is selling them this year. (Ugly Christmas sweaters, not poinsettias. They've always sold poinsettias, but who would go to the grocery store to buy Christmas clothes? LOL!)
