Sandy Steen Bartholomew has a new set of tangle cards called Alpha Tangle Tangled Cards that you will just love. Do hop over with the link on her name to find out all about them. She is even having a contest. Just do a tile using official Zentangle tangles and use your name as a string. Here's mine:
Rain, Verve, Meer, Msst |
And, for Every Inchie Monday, the word was "privacy"! Wouldn't that be nice? HAHA
Enjoy some quiet time :)
Love your Bijou Jean... really nice... I had fun with this also... Love, Light and Peace...Bonnie...
ReplyDeleteThere's some pretty cute little tiles out their, Bonnie. Glad we're all having fun, and thank you :)

DeleteFun tile Jean! I love the snail! Also really like your name tile!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Kate!
DeleteGood idea for the inchie, Jean. Your bijou is adorable with the little snail, and I Like your name tile too. Thanks for alerting me to the challenge
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kia :)
DeleteGreat inchie and I adore that little snail too.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Lisette. It has been fun seeing what everyone did with this challenge.
DeleteAll three are beautiful :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Lily :)
Deleteso much cute artwork. I love the snail, and that is cool about your name. I think we did something like that when i was in school. Mine never looked as cool as yours! The inchie is awesome as well and yes please can I have some of that?!?
ReplyDeleteThank you. I imagine we all have played with using our name as a start for an art piece. I think I did it too when I was young. Amazing when you think of all the things you did as a child and still are having fun doing. And, yes, a bit of privacy would be nice once in a while :)
DeleteBijou's spiral shape is addictive, and I like your challenge tile. You have an interesting double spiral design going on. Your Inchie is so cute, and your Sandy Contest Tile turned out great.
ReplyDeleteSpirals are so interesting, David. I wish I had a bit more control and flow of mine. When I grow up, I want to be Helen Williams HAHA! Thanks for stopping by and leaving such nice comments.
DeleteBoth tiles are great! That Bijou is cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Anoeska!
DeleteJean, I love your 'Bijou'! . Great name tile too. Thank, you for the reminder!! And great minds think alike. I just posted my Inchie and now I'm breezing through and looking at every one else's and see that we were on the same track. So cool! (oh sorry I haven't gotten to thank you yet,) But I am in great appreciation for the tiles and the ever so cute birdie card! I'll be sending you an email! Thanks, friend!!! ReplyDeleteYou are so welcome and it's such a little thing compared to your gift! I must run off to see what you did. I'm not surprised that we think alike, my friend :)
DeleteBoth are great, your name string is so dynamic!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I had a lot of fun with the name one.
DeleteI like this one, Jean! Your name tile is also great.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Annemarie, I did have fun with the name one. I think you can still read it.
DeleteSo pretty your Bijou tile! Also I like your name tile very much ... wonderful! Again a funny inchie! Beautiful work this week!
ReplyDeleteIt was a good week for art. I also did a lot of cardmaking and art journaling too. Busy is good :) Thank you!
DeleteThe inchie remembers me at an hotel door. You need your privacy when you like to sleep a bit longer. Oh yes nice thoughts.
ReplyDeleteMy boys always had a "keep out" on their bedroom door HAHA!
DeleteGreat job on all the challenges. I have not attempted to do Bijou yet. Will be interesting to see what Michelle comes up with on that.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Donald. Indeed :)
DeleteGreat responses to the challenges, Jean; you've been very productive. Thanks to you I'm trying all three this week, still working on the name thing
ReplyDeleteGo for it. It's always fun to push yourself just a bit. I think so anyway :)
DeleteThe inchie looks to me like a teenager "defending" his room :)
ReplyDeleteYour snail is cute, and in your name tile - did I spot a fish hanging there?
Well, Omer, you made me go back and look. I see him, but he wasn't on purpose. Good eye!
DeleteI imagined this little snail would be right up your (tangle) street, Jean! Gorgeous! Axxx
ReplyDeleteThanks, Annie. I should add him somewhere :)
DeleteCute bijou! You should have him on the front porch of one of your cute houses or peeking out a window. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy tangling,
Jacque Solomon
