Dare Number 54

This week's Dare from Erin at The Bright Owl was such a simple design. Somehow, I managed to clutter it up again. Sigh. Must remember NOT to always fill every spot!

  3. I think you did very well on this template. There is a lot of movement in the ribbons.

  5. I like to fill in every spot, too. It's so hard to know when to stop!

    1. Sigh, yes it is! Wouldn't it be nice to have something like those kid's drawing pads with the plastic pen and pull up sheets. (Can't remember what it is called.) Except it would work in layers so you could try adding more and removing it easily so you could look back and forth and pick the one you like best?

  6. I also often want to fill in every spot, and in fact sometimes add more - though I love white space. I think you've done a great job here - you've left some white space, and have done a good balance of dark and light, and used some circular with your angular lines... Nicely done.

  9. Your Zendala is fabulous! The balance is nice and all of your patterns are so complimentary. Don't worry about filling in every white space. Your work is very pretty!
