Zentangle® Organically, Zendala, and an Inchie

The Diva's guest, Cari Sultanik, CZT, requested organic tangles today. I chose Pendrills, Antidots (Anita Rob-Lavery), and Cat-Kin (Mimi Lempart). Check out everyone's tangles.
Facebook's focus tangle this week, is Eye-Wa to which I added Hurry and Msst.
Just for fun, my friend Amy, a new CZT (do go visit her blog,) gave me one of her prestrung Zendalas to play with.

And, Every Inchie Monday had a prompt word of "yellow." How much I dislike yellow jackets, or wasps as they are called locally. Here is a yellow jacket in a yellow jacket, so not quite so scary LOL!

Thanks for stopping by. I love reading your comments!

  1. Just love your bee, even though he doesn't look very clever. Great tangles as well

    1. Sometimes it helps when you make things that you don't like very much look "cute"! Like spiders and zombies LOL! Thanks, Kia :)

    1. Only did the Diva tile today, Beverly. The others were done during the week and I just post them at the same time. I wish I could accomplish that much in one morning though.

    1. Yukari, I do try to use different tangles when I can. I'm not sure I have used those organic tangles much myself even though I like them!

  7. You did so very well with the challenge tile. I like the shadowed parts between the tangles.

    1. Thanks, Annemarie. I really thought a bit about shading this time. Normally, I sense immediately where the shading should be, but this time I wasn't sure right away.

  8. Adorable bee, I am not a fan either. Me and my daughter got attacked years ago by wasps. Had to go to the hospital, they stopped counting at 40-60 stings and my daughter, who was 4 at the time had between 20-30 stings. So for sure I am not a big fan. But yours is adorable

    1. I had two tangles on each side, Sarah, and it really looked odd until I thought to add Cat-Kin. That tied the two tangles together and made it work in a Hollibaugh way.

  16. Great tiles & I had a giggle at your "yellow jacket" I confess I've never really seen a useful purpose for wasps, they are mean & I react very badly to their stings - in my book, the only good wasp is a dead one!

    1. I always wonder at the creation of such things and think that, perhaps, one day they will be useful for the cure of something awful. Kind of like the dinosaurs making oil so we could drive cars?

    1. Yes, YAY for Amy, Debbie! LOL! Aren't I lucky that she lives close by and we get to see each other now and then? I'm sure glad you got to meet her. You really need to take a trip to see the Grand Canyon, and on the way stop by to see us some day :)

  23. Getting around late to commenting on this challenge. Like your combination of organic tiles. Must admit though I am a little surprised that you did not use Mooka. Like your yellow jacket. Does not looking menacing at all.

    1. Always nice to hear from you, Donald! You should be proud that I didn't grab Mooka since it is my go to when thinking organic. I'm not surprised that you expected it though LOL! I really took some time searching out organic tangles that I seldom use for this one!
